Software Developer

Tam Lam

Tam Lam holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University, complemented by a Master’s degree in System Integration from Yokohama National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Danang University of Technology. His academic journey has focused on robotics, system engineering, and software development, particularly in motion planning and control algorithms for autonomous vehicles in mining operations.

After his academic tenure, he actively pursues continuous learning of new technologies through online resources and networking meetups. He has contributed significantly to various industry projects, including pivotal roles in autonomous mining vehicle projects within Fortescue’s autonomy teams in Perth.

Tam joined CIDS in July 2024 as a software developer, bringing his skills to diverse software development projects aimed at supporting clients with innovative solutions within the ADACS project.
