Project Coordinator

Shan Shan Ng

In 1997, Shan Shan completed her Bachelor of Accounting and Information Systems from Curtin University. She has been a certified practising accountant for over 20 years, working in various Fortune 500 companies in their finance and accounting departments. Over the past 10 years, she has accrued experience in project management from across the globe within a variety of industries, such as manufactory, banking, and retailing.

Other than her finance and accounting accreditations, Shan Shan also holds various certificates in internal auditing, project management, Lean Six Sigma (Green), and risk and change management. During her global project assignments, she has dealt with stakeholders from more than 20 nationalities/countries, giving her strong multicultural adaptability and agility to change.

She joined CIDS as a project coordinator in September 2023, mainly handling project scoping, defining deliverables, managing stakeholders’ expectations as well as monitoring and tracking finances to ensure projects are executed in a timely and controlled manner. Her role in managing industrial projects would also involve designing, developing, and coordinating Intelligent dashboards, risk management, and problem-solving.
