Amanda Del Valle
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Information Technology from La Trobe University. She further holds industry-recognised certifications such RMIT Business Analysis, ITIL, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
Throughout her career, Amanda has leveraged her expertise as a Senior Business Analyst to deliver impactful results across diverse sectors such as finance, research, and healthcare. She has coordinated projects from conception to completion and operation, including the design, build, deployment and management of the Health Data Australia platform. Her experience extends to developing nationally recognised metadata standards, and ensuring data governance through meticulous auditing and risk assessments.
Amanda joined the CIDS in 2024 through its partnership with the ARDC as a Senior Business Analyst. She joined the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) in 2022. Her primary role has been focused on the HeSANDA program, designing and developing robust data infrastructure for the advancement of medical research.

•Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Led the design, build, and deployment of the Health Data Australia platform.
•Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in collecting, organising, cleaning, and summarising data for insightful analysis that informs regulatory decision-making by key stakeholders.
•Stakeholder Management & Communication: in her current role in the ARDC this is for the health and medical research sector in particular.
