Juanaili Hultzsch
Juanaili completed her bachelor’s degree in industrial relations in 1999 and specialised in business development in 2006 at Andres Bello Catholic University, Venezuela.
Her professional experience includes various HR and administration roles in both corporate and non-profit sectors. She worked in the corporate sector in Venezuela before transitioning to the non-profit sector in Western Australia in 2011. There, she coordinated HR and administrative functions while consolidating her commitment to social impact and engaging in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her recent roles include Corporate Services Coordinator for ConnectGroups Support Groups Association WA, Program Coordinator for ADHD WA, and Administration and Intake Officer for the Culturally Diverse Psychological Service at Life Without Barriers.
Joining the CIDS in 2024 as the Institute Administrator, Juanaili works closely with the Institute Director and Business Manager. Her role provides support across a broad spectrum of administrative responsibilities such as contractual obligations, coordination of research activities and resources, and management of internal and external stakeholders.
