Project Tools/Systems Developer

Joshua Norton

Josh is in his final year of a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at Curtin University. Throughout his studies, he has worked on various software projects both individually and collaboratively. Also, during this time, he broadened his knowledge by working on extra-curricular projects that enriched his software development and design skills.

Since his second year of study, he has worked with Curtin DTS in two teams, and in this role, he facilitated IT support campus-wide for staff and students. He also provided support to academic and professional staff, offering troubleshooting and where necessary, escalating tickets to the appropriate team.

Josh joined the CIDS in August 2023 as a project tools developer, to work side by side with researchers to develop useful tools that will help them in achieving their goals.
