MPA Student

Calvin (Wai Yui) Tam

Calvin is pursuing a Master of Predictive Analytics at Curtin University, specialising in Data Science. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Anglia Ruskin University. Calvin has more than 10 years’ experience working in financial institutions in Hong Kong focusing on financial product trading, investment portfolio tailoring and financial risk assessment.

At CIDS, Calvin is contributing to the project “Neural Network Integration and Data Pipeline Enhancement for Meta-Learning Framework”. His role focuses on improving the meta-learning framework and adapting this framework to handle real financial data through the development of a data ingestion pipeline and basic neural network integration.
